Memphis Artists for Change is always seeking artists, performers, authors, and makers to participate in our events and programming.
We host a range of cultural, creative, and community-centered gatherings throughout the year. Below you will find current campaigns and upcoming opportunities. Memphis Black Family Reunion
The Memphis Black Family Reunion is seeking talented artists, musicians, dancers, spoken word artists, DJs, cultural performers, and entertainers to help bring this celebration to life!
This weekend is about celebrating Black joy, creativity, culture, and community, and we believe artists are at the heart of that experience. Whether you perform on stage, lead an interactive experience, or share your creative gifts with families throughout the park, we invite you to be part of this unforgettable event.
If you're passionate about inspiring, entertaining, and connecting with our community, we encourage you to submit a performer application today. Together, we'll create a weekend filled with music, movement, storytelling, and celebration that reflects the richness and brilliance of Black Memphis.

Memphis Artists for Change x Know Definition
Join the “Give Memphis Her Flowers” Campaign
Memphis Artists for Change has partnered with Know Definition to honor the ways this city continues to grow, create, and carry its people. Memphis has always been fertile ground. This campaign is about recognizing what has been built here, what is still growing, and what deserves to be seen and celebrated in real time.
How to join:
Uplift Memphis through your art, in whatever form you create. This is an open call for expression across disciplines. Create something that reflects how Memphis has poured into you, shaped you, or shown up for you.
This can be a painting, song, poem, photograph, sculpture, garment, culinary dish, cocktail, piece of jewelry, wellness product, or any form of creative expression that speaks to your experience.
Share your work on social media using #GiveMemphisHerFlowers and tag Memphis Artists for Change. Selected works will be featured across platforms and campaign materials.
