Event Dates & Times

• Dates: Saturday, August 8th – Sunday, August 9th, 2026

• Public Event Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (both days)

• Location: Martin Luther King, Jr. Riverside Park (W Mallory Ave, Memphis, TN 38106)

Load-In & Setup Logistics

• Load-In Time: Saturday, August 8th, beginning at 8:00 AM.

• Setup Window: All vendors must be fully set up by 11:00 AM.

• Arrival Procedures: Please enter via the W Mallory Ave entrance. There will be signs indicating Staff, Vendor & Accessibility Parking.

• Security check point: Upon arrival, please display your parking pass to access the designated parking lot.

• On-Site info: If you have any questions or concerns about your vendor space, please visit the Memphis Artists for Change tent.

Parking Pass & Booth Location Assignment

• Parking Pass Pick-up Location: Mecca Memphis 4080 Elvis Presley Blvd. Memphis, TN 38116

• Parking Pass Pick-up Dates: Thursday, August 6th or Friday, August 7 (choose time below)

• Booth Location Assignment: Location Assignments will be given when you pick up your parking pass.
